The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Designer who thrives on ideas, loves shaping campaigns, and can bring concepts to life across all platforms. This is a role for someone who can think strategically, then conceptualize and craft visuals that connect with audiences and drive results.

As part of our creative team, you’ll collaborate with creative directors, art directors, copywriters, digital specialists, and account leads to build great things for our clients. From concepts to polished executions, you’ll have the chance to shape projects that span traditional advertising, social media, and all sorts of digital platforms.

What You’ll Love Doing

Conceptualizing and developing campaigns from the ground up
Turning complex ideas into powerful visuals that spark action
Designing for multiple platforms—digital, social, video, and beyond
Storyboarding and helping shape video concepts and production
Collaborating closely with a team of creatives and strategists
Staying ahead of creative and digital trends to keep our work fresh
Balancing speed and craft: meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field
Previous experience in a creative/digital agency (or similar fast-paced environment)
Strong portfolio showcasing campaign work across platforms (print, digital, social, video)

Skills & Expertise

Concept development for ad campaigns and integrated creative
Strong grasp of digital and social media design standards
Adobe Creative Suite mastery (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects/Premiere an asset)
Experience storyboarding and contributing to video production
Knowledge of how to adapt design for digital ads, social platforms, and motion graphics
Understanding of brand consistency and storytelling through visuals
