The Role:

The new Graphic Design Production Coordinator will have three distinct roles to play.

Your primary duty will be to lead and manage the creative team. In this capacity, you’ll manage the agency’s workflow to ensure timely and successful project completion by all staff. You’ll do this by attending regular production, development, and design meetings and manage our CRM interface. You’ll use decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills to keep the agency operating efficiently. This should take about 20 hours every week.

The second duty will be to manage and complete a number of light administrative tasks. For the most part, these will change from week to week depending on the needs of the business and what’s going on in the studio. We anticipate about 10 hours of work in this area every week.

The third duty will be to assist with simple/basic graphic design requirements like applying minor client-requested revisions to documents, simple layouts, and other internal marketing exercises to promote Accurate. These tasks will also take about 10 hours per week.

Minimum Qualifications:

Preference will be given to candidates with:

  • An education in design, advertising or public relations—or a related field in marketing communications

  • Industry/Agency experience

  • Production co-ordinator experience

  • Bilingual English / French

Does this sound like you? If so, we’d love to meet with you (virtually, of course!).

Send us a covering letter describing why you feel you’re well-suited for the position and up for the challenge, as well as a detailed CV.

*Applicants selected for an interview will be asked to complete a short capabilities test to help gauge experience and ability to fulfill the role. References will also be requested at that time.
