Creative Content Specialist.

As a Creative Content Specialist, you are first and foremost a storyteller. You understand how to create brand experiences and connect audiences through message. As an idea person, you understand that strategy and content inspire unique, results‐driven, creative products. You also have the talent to convert your ideas into eye‐catching visuals and assets to support a diverse content marketing mix. You are a researcher, an information geek, and back up your ideas with sound data. You have worked across social media platforms and have a track record demonstrating your audience engagement skills. You are a self‐starter, able to accomplish your tasks with minimal supervision. And, you are an excellent verbal communicator, listener, love to collaborate with like‐minded creatives, and are comfortable being an active participant in client‐facing briefings, meetings and strategy sessions.

Must‐have skills:
  • A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing or applicable training
  • 2–5 years of agency experience or similar work environments
  • Creative writing experience for marketing and communications
  • Solid understanding of and practice with digital marketing channels (SEO/SEM/SERP)
  • Track record developing social media strategies and creative assets
  • Capable of managing paid advertising campaigns (social or online)
  • Experience with inbound marketing and/or social media scheduling software
  • Ability to design eye‐catching emails and landing pages
  • Functional knowledge of WordPress, HTML and CSS
  • Competency in videography and photography
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design and layout sensibilities
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, XD) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Nice‐to‐have skills:
  • Ability to wireframe digital products (landing and web pages)
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, XD, Sketch)
