Marketing & operations coordinator

Who we’re looking for

Accurate Creative is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Operations Coordinator to help strengthen our internal marketing efforts and drive new business growth.

This hybrid role combines lead generation, marketing coordination, and operational support — ideal for someone who’s organized, strategic, and eager to make a measurable impact in a creative agency environment. You’ll help us attract new opportunities, build brand visibility, and support leadership in keeping operations running efficiently.

We’re looking for someone who’s equal parts marketer and connector, someone who can spot opportunities, turn insights into action, and bring creative energy to everything they do.

Key responsibilities

Lead generation & business development

  • Research and identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
  • Manage and track leads through the sales pipeline using the agency’s CRM.
  • Support the CEO and Account Director with outreach, proposal development, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate RFP submissions, capability decks, and presentation materials.
  • Monitor government and public-sector RFP postings for relevant opportunities.
  • Develop and execute outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns to grow awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Report regularly on lead-generation metrics and conversion progress.

Marketing coordination

  • Plan, manage, and execute Accurate’s internal marketing strategy and content calendar.
  • Create and post engaging content for social media, newsletters, and the company website.
  • Work with the creative team to produce case studies, blog content, and marketing collateral that showcase our work and expertise.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance (organic and paid) to optimize results.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and quality across all marketing channels.

Operations & administration

  • Support leadership with day-to-day operations, scheduling, and communication.
  • Maintain internal systems, templates, and marketing materials to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Assist with administrative and reporting tasks related to marketing and business development.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal meetings, events, and presentations.

Collaboration & team support

  • Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to align marketing, sales, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and strategists to deliver impactful internal campaigns.
  • Contribute ideas for new initiatives and process improvements that enhance lead generation and internal communication.
  • Represent Accurate Creative with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.

Performance goals & success metrics

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to:

  • Increase qualified leads and prospect engagement quarter-over-quarter.
  • Maintain consistent marketing activity (e.g., monthly social media posts, newsletters, campaign launches).
  • Support successful RFP submissions and proposal development.
  • Improve tracking, reporting, and visibility into marketing and sales performance.
  • Contribute to overall business growth through proactive coordination, insight, and execution.

The ideal candidate will

  • Have 2–4 years of experience in marketing, sales coordination, or business development (agency experience is a strong asset).
  • Be comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive), Google Workspace, and social/advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads).
  • Have strong writing and editing skills with a knack for crafting clear, engaging content.
  • Be analytical and goal-driven, with an interest in using data to inform strategy.
  • Be proactive, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thrive in a collaborative, creative culture where ideas are valued and initiative is encouraged.
