The Coaching Association of Canada’s 2022-23, post-pandemic plan.
The CAC and its partners are stewards of nationwide standards and ethics in coach education and development. Organized sport was hit particularly hard by the COVID-19 pandemic. As the CAC prepared to promote their annual plan publicly for the first time, it wanted to make a powerful declaration about the state of sport in Canada.
The theme of the 2022-23 plan is “Reignite Sport.” However, that’s not to be misconstrued as getting back to “normal.” Instead, it’s about taking the opportunity to make coaching in sports even better than before.
The vibrant and energetic design of the plan demonstrates several themes—courage, resiliency, support, a united front, and the ideal to preserve and improve sport in Canada.
The highly-visual, easy-to-read format helps the content flow and ensures their vision shines through. The result is a document that focuses on the positive, demonstrated by its upbeat, optimistic, creative approach.
